Situated on the flanks of Skiddaw in the northern fells of the English Lake District, with uninterrupted views of the surrounding landscape, Skiddaw House, which is Britain's highest hostel, offers self catering group and individual accommodation in the heart of the Lake District.
Today, Skiddaw House is managed by Sue Edwards (Warden), along with her dog Jura (Head of Meet & Greet), and is supported by a UK registered charity, the Skiddaw House Foundation.
