Cancellation Terms

Please email as soon as possible if you need to cancel your booking.

Group Bookings:
Our cancellation charges depend on the notice period given and are:

• 56 days or more before arrival:  Charge payable - Any booking deposits already paid or due

• 55-28 days before arrival:  Charge payable - 50% of the total cost of your booking

• 27-0 days before arrival: Charge payable - 100% of the total cost of your booking

Individual Room/ Dorm Bookings:

• Cancel by noon the day before for a 80% refund.
